English

In the Autumn Term, we have been looking at using capital letters in our writing and how important it is to remember them in every piece of writing we do. Please recap how to use capital letters correctly at the beginning of sentences, for people’s names and when writing about yourself.

Capital letters - Bitesize

Wider Curriculum

Computing

Word Processing - Typing

You are learning to use two hands to type, to use one space between words, to keep typing at the end of a line and to use the shift key for capitals.

- Type this sentence which contains all of the letters in the alphabet:

The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.

- Challenge: Can you type a sentence or two about yourself?
