Well this week she spent a couple of days with her mum, working hard and here are some pictures to show the process and the end product. It looks amazing!

| Wash and de-green all the dandelion heads and put into a pan. Add the water, lemon slices and simmer for 15 minutes. |

| Strain the liquid, through a sieve. |
