Home learning with Thomas

Thomas has been very busy again this week finishing off on-going projects before the holidays start.

Thomas has completed his Talk4Writing booklet about
Sidney the spider.

Here is his amazing writing about the spider.
Thomas should be so proud of this writing.
When he started school and was asked if he
would like to come and write he would
politely say “No thank you!” and look at him now!

I love how Thomas used real leaves to create his
Family tree. I love how clear it is to follow.

Thomas enjoyed completing his Go Jetters reading comprehension.

As well as working on the year one maths this week 

Thomas has also looked at repeating patterns using his Numberblocks.

       Thomas very sensibly sat in the shade in his garden

        this week to complete his bird hunt.

        He was amazed at how many birds he saw if he sat

        still for a minute.  He told me that there is an owl 

        near their garden that he can hear at night.
