Books to share with your children.

Children being exposed to books beyond which they can read is an important part of the curriculum, so at school adults regularly read to the children. It inspires imaginations, models how to use fluency and expression when reading, introduces new vocabulary, supports comprehension plus many, many more things.

Here is a link to books to read aloud for children to follow and listen to.

The Book Trust has lots of interactive picture books to share.

Epic is the leading Digital Library for children under 12.
They are currently offering a free 30 day trial.

If your child has read all of the Read Write Inc books on Oxford Owl then this link
will take you to all the other Phonics based sets of books including
Oxford Reading Tree and the Project X books, many of which are written by
fantastic authors such as Julia Donaldson.
