Pretend that you are having a birthday party but someone else in our Harrier class is having a party... on the same day!
I would like you to do some writing to tell me why I should come to your party and why I should not go to the other party. How persuasive can you be?
Wider Curriculum
Science
Last term, we looked at different everyday materials including plastic, metal, wood, paper, fabrics and glass.
Find some different everyday materials from around your home. Can you identify which materials they are made from and put them into groups? Make sure you have at least two objects for each material. What do you notice about the different groups?
Here are some questions for you to answer. You might even like to challenge yourself and create a tick sheet for each object.
- Can you see through it?
- Is it hard?
- Is it heavy?
- Is it bendy?
- Is it cold?
Stay Active
Exercise for 20-30 minutes. Go for a walk, run around, dance or
play football. Anything that makes your heart beat really fast!
Just dance - Waka Waka
