You will have 24 hours to watch it before the video is removed.

Phonics challenge: Can you use one of the words you have practised containing the special friend 'o-e' to write your own sentence?

You might want to have a look at
Oxford Owl to support your child’s learning. If your child struggles with any of the sounds, please let me know so that I can support you.

Wider Curriculum

PE

It is really important to warm up before we do PE to look after our bodies. You will feel a little warmer, you will feel out of breath and your heart will be beating faster.

Warm up:
1. Find a space and walk around. Remember to look forwards and to get those arms moving!
2. Carefully jog around your space. Try to jog in different directions so you're not dizzy!
3. Touch the floor and jump up to reach for the sky 10 times.
4. Now jog a little faster.
5. Hop on one leg 10 times and then swap legs.
6. Now jog even faster!
7. Do 20 star jumps.
8. Now run as fast as you can! Make sure you don't bump into anything... or anyone!

Activity: Balance the ball on the back of your bat and move around without dropping it. Don't forget you can just use a rolled up pair of socks and a frying pan.
Now, how many times can you hit the ball with your bat without dropping it?

Cool down: Stretch up into the air and onto your tiptoes. Then breathe and relax. Stretch up again and relax another 5 times. Wiggle your legs. Wiggle your arms and wiggle all over!

Now put on your space helmet. Then your space suit. Put on your space boots and gloves. Now step into your rocket. Close the doors. Put on your seatbelt. Crouch to the floor and start the count down. 10, 9, 8, 7... BLAST OFF!
